Impactchild is a child-focused humanitarian non-governmental organization. We employ proven, effective development methods by empowering vulnerable children and their communities living in contexts of poverty and injustice to become self-sufficient and bring about lasting change. We serve all children regardless of religion, race, gender, or ethnicity.
Since 2021, with integrity, commitment, and dedication, we have impacted the lives of more than 1,231 children and their families in over 20 communities across 6 districts in Tamil Nadu, in partnership with individual donors.
The Academy Development Center (ADC) educates underprivileged children through life skills, arts, culture, leadership, and equality. We also strive to impact children through various sectors of advocacy and create awareness of child rights. Children from the age group of 5 to 17, from 1st grade to 12th grade, study actively here.
We ensure that every child is able to read and write through our remedial education program. We also ensure that children who are on the streets and do not have proper access to education are given the opportunity to learn and grow.
We support children from the age group of 3 to 5 years and also work closely with Anganwadi by providing study materials for the children
We conduct health and awareness programs for every child and also provide hygiene kits for children. These awareness programs are conducted in communities, schools, and institutes to promote a secure and healthy lifestyle for children and their families. We also counsel parents and teachers to help them train their children to maintain a sustained healthy life.
